This project is an example of working directly with an influencer to create authentic, audience-led content. When a client books an influencer for Fashion Week, I prioritise giving them as much creative freedom as possible, trusting their understanding of what will resonate with their audience.
For this collaboration, I worked closely with Julia through a creative briefing session to discuss ideas and shape a clear brief based on the client’s approved objectives. I coordinated product delivery to ensure she received everything ahead of London Fashion Week, giving her full creative control over how she captured and presented the looks.
I also managed post production feedback and sign off, ensuring the final content was delivered on schedule so Julia could share on her IG grid. Additionally, I handled all aspects of the influencer relationship, including contracting, fee negotiations, and budget management, ensuring the collaboration was commercially viable and aligned with the client’s objectives.
